Administration

The Settings hub for a property — profile, stay rules, staff and roles, accounting, integrations and logs — plus notifications and the platform admin area.

Settings is the last entry in the sidebar, under the Admin group. It opens on Property Settings and keeps a navigation rail on the left with a search box and six sections: Property, Users & Permission, Accounting, Booking Engine, Channel Manager and Logs. Each section is a page (or a set of pill tabs) that changes how the property behaves; most are written for the owner or general manager rather than for daily front-desk use.

Beside the property-level settings, three other areas belong to administration. Notifications are the running feed behind the bell in the navbar, produced by the events themselves and addressed by permission. Your own Profile (top-right menu → View Profile) holds your personal details, password, identity documents and the per-device push switch. And a platform admin — an Innvera operator rather than hotel staff — sees a different sidebar entirely: General Information, Properties and Logs, used to verify owners, activate properties and publish them to channels.

Housekeeping settings are reached from Housekeeping

Checklists, sections, shifts, par levels, task presets and the service standards that drive day generation are not in the settings rail. Open them from the Housekeeping module, where the links that need them live: Check housekeeping settings on the Generate-day dialog, Set service standards on the Assignments balance bar, and the par-level links on the consumption panels. See Housekeeping settings.

A few other pages have no rail entry either: Identity Documents (/settings/documents, also a card on your Profile), Chat, Reviews, Media, Facilities, Rate plans and Policies. They are reached from the navbar, from inside their parent screens, or by URL.

Who can change what

  • Users & Permission is owner-only. Staff who open it see Access Control is owner-only.
  • Property → General, Address, Contact Information need hotel: write; Stay Rules and OTA Policy need hotel_content: write.
  • Accounting settings are editable with accounting: configure — the grant that rewrites how every future number is classified. Taxes and tax sets are read with tax: read and saved with tax: write on top of that.
  • Logs is readable by anyone the server allows for the property; a refusal shows You do not have permission to view logs for this hotel.
  • Settings itself appears in the sidebar as soon as any one of those sections is usable — see Roles and Permissions.
  • Profile is yours alone; every user has one.
  • The platform admin area is visible only to accounts flagged as platform administrators, and those accounts never see a property sidebar.
