Booking Engine
A hosted, branded direct-booking site for your property at your-slug.book.innvera.io or your own domain, configured and published from the PMS.
The booking engine gives your property its own guest-facing website where guests search dates, pick a room and rate, enter their details and confirm — with no OTA commission and the guest relationship kept with you. Every booking lands in the PMS as a Direct reservation, opens a folio and takes inventory exactly like a front-desk booking, and pushes the freed-or-taken availability to your OTAs through the channel manager.
You configure and publish the site from Settings → Booking Engine. Innvera hosts it on a subdomain issued when you turn the engine on — your-slug.book.innvera.io — and you can add your own domain such as book.yourhotel.com. One storefront platform serves every property; each site is rendered from its saved configuration, so a template improvement reaches every property without a redeploy.
What it does
- Sells your inventory directly. You choose which room types and rate plans are on sale. Availability, prices and restrictions come live from the same data the PMS and channel manager use, and every price is computed on the server.
- Looks like your property. Pick one of four templates (Classic, Atelier, Courtyard, Horizon), set colours, fonts, logo and favicon, and edit the copy and images for each section of the site.
- Runs the whole funnel. Search → rooms and rates → guest details → confirmation page and email. Bookings are pay-at-property; the guest can view and cancel from the emailed link, within your cancellation policy.
- Lets you work in private. Edit a draft, preview it inside the PMS, and only what you Publish is served to guests.
Modes
The engine offers two modes. White Label — the hosted storefront described here — is available now. Booking Engine API, for properties that want to use Innvera's booking endpoints in their own website or app, is shown in the builder as Coming soon.
Where it lives
Open Settings in the sidebar and choose Booking Engine. When the engine is off you see a single Turn on booking engine button. Once on, the screen splits into the setup rail on the left (Mode & template, Rooms & rates, Theme, Content, Domains) and the Shopfront preview on the right, with Save draft and Publish site in the header.
Setup
Turn the engine on, choose rooms and rates to sell, save a draft and publish.
Branding and content
Template, colours, fonts, logo, hero copy, gallery, policies and FAQs.
Custom domain
Connect your own hostname: DNS records, verification and going live.
Guest booking flow
What the guest sees from search to confirmation, and how it lands in the PMS.
Managing direct bookings
Find direct bookings, confirmation emails, guest cancellations and changes.
Troubleshooting
Diagnose and fix the common channel manager problems — unmapped rooms and rates, currency mismatches, failed pushes, missing bookings and disconnected channels.
Setup
Turn the booking engine on, choose the rooms and rates you sell, check what the site inherits from the property, then save a draft and publish.
